Sorry to make a huge adjustment to the District 5 4-H Indoor Archery meet as we had planned to move forward with the January 30 and 31 date. With the impending second arctic blast forecasted to hit Friday evening, Panola County has decided to utilize the expo center and civic center as warming centers for the American Red Cross. There are still many families in the Carthage area without electricity and water. Therefore, we have rescheduled this contest to February 20 and 21, 2026 at the same location and same times. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, the safety and welfare of our fellow Texans is first and foremost.
If you are no longer able to participate on this new date, please contact your county agent to let me know by Monday, February 2nd so that we can let those on our waitlist know that they can participate.

Contest Fees:
- Regular Registration: $30 per contestant + $5 target fee = $35 total fee per equipment class
- Late Registration: $60 per contestant + $5 target fee = $65 total fee per equipment class
District Deadlines:
- Register on 4HOnline November 10, 2025 – January 12, 2026
- Late entry – January 13-15, 2026
