All applications are due to the state office by April 1, 2019. We will make state selections and notify the applicants before submitting one application for each opportunity to National 4-H. Please check the video links before submitting the application and submit it as a MS Word Document with the video links saved as a hyperlink. Please do not send the application as a PDF.
Plans are in the works for the 2019 National 4-H Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony scheduled for October 11, 2019 at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland. They are soliciting applications for individuals to serve as the master/mistress of ceremonies and one to provide entertainment (vocal or instrumental) for this event. Each Land-grant University may nominate ONE candidate for consideration as the master/mistress of ceremonies and ONE candidate to be considered for selection to perform at the event. Applicants may be current 4-H members or 4-H alumni who are college age.
